๐Ÿ”ช 300 g milk
๐Ÿ”ช 150 g yoghurt
๐Ÿ”ช 500 g Greek feta cheese
๐Ÿ”ช 2 medium eggs
๐Ÿ”ช 1 tsp baking powder
๐Ÿ”ช 1/4 tsp pepper
๐Ÿ”ช100 g club soda
๐Ÿ”ช50 g olive oil
๐Ÿ”ช1 tsp salt

For a single 35ฯ‡42 cm pie.

Easy Greek feta cheese pie recipe


  1. In a bowl, pour and break the feta cheese with a fork.
  2. Add the milk, eggs, strained yogurt, bacon and pepper.
  3. Mix the mixture very well and set it aside.
  4. In another bowl, pour the soda, olive oil and salt and mix the mixture.
  5. Open 1 package of 500 g. crust sheet and cover them so they don’t dry out.
  6. Take a 35×42 cm pan and grease it with olive oil.
  7. Place 4 leaves on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle them very well.
  8. Cut 4 leaves into thin slices and fluff them with our hands.
  9. We put them in the pan and sprinkle them.
  10. Add the filling evenly over the chopped leaves.
  11. Fold the edges of the leaves and sprinkle at the same time.
  12. Place the remaining leaves (4) on top and fold them inwards.
  13. Sprinkle with the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  14. With a stick we make holes all over the surface of the pie.
  15. Bake in a preheated oven on the resistances for 50-60 minutes at 180 C.

The cheese pie with a different technique is ready for us and our loved ones to enjoy at all hours of the day.
