Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”ช450 g plain flour
๐Ÿ”ช250 g milk
๐Ÿ”ช9 g dry yeast
๐Ÿ”ช250 g water
๐Ÿ”ช2 medium eggs
๐Ÿ”ช1 tsp sugar
๐Ÿ”ช1,5 tsp salt
๐Ÿ”ช2 zucchini
๐Ÿ”ช3 small tomatoes
๐Ÿ”ช1 medium onion
๐Ÿ”ชA little parsley
๐Ÿ”ช200 g Greek feta cheese
๐Ÿ”ชVegetable oil

When you have 2 zucchini and 2 eggs, prepare this delicious dish. Inexpensive and easy

Execution:

  1. Put the eggs, milk, water, yeast, sugar in a bowl and mix with a wire.
  2. Add the plain flour, the salt and mix the mixture until you have a thick porridge.
  3. Cover with a film and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Grate the courgettes on a grater, sprinkle them with salt and after mixing them well so that the salt goes everywhere, strain them very well to remove all their liquids.
  5. Put them on a plate together with the chopped tomatoes, onion and parsley.
  6. After the porridge has risen, pour in the vegetables and mix very well with a ladle.
  7. Add the grated feta and mix again.
  8. Spread a little sunflower oil in a pan and take a quantity of the mixture, opening it to go to the dough all over the surface of the pan.
  9. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  10. With the help of a lid or plate, turn the pie over and bake it on the other side for 3-4 minutes.
  11. We do the same process with the rest of the pitas.

They are so easy and delicious that if you try them you will never make another recipe.
